    After your order is completed, you'll receive your earnings directly to your selected payout method. Island Wardrobe charges a 20% commission per sale, which covers marketplace operations, payment processing, and customer support.

How do I get paid?

Once an order is completed, your earnings will be sent to your selected payout method. Island Wardrobe deducts a 20% commission from each sale before issuing your payout.

How does delivery work?

Island Wardrobe coordinates the pickup and delivery process for you. When an item sells, we'll arrange collection from you and delivery to the customer, making the process simple and hassle-free. Please ensure that each package is clearly labelled with the customer's name and delivery address before pickup. This helps our courier team quickly match packages with printed shipping labels and ensures accurate, timely delivery.

What can I sell?

We accept clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories, and other fashion-related items. All products must be clean, authentic, and in good condition. Counterfeit, damaged, or prohibited items are not permitted.

How long does approval take?

Most seller applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days. We may contact you if additional information is required before approval.

How do I upload products?

After approval, you'll receive access to your seller dashboard where you can upload product photos, descriptions, sizes, brands, pricing, and inventory details. Once approved, your listings will be visible to shoppers.

Are there any upfront fees?

No. Joining Island Wardrobe is free. We only charge a 20% commission when you make a sale.
