Refund & Return Policy

At Island Wardrobe, each item is carefully listed and fulfilled by independent sellers. Due to the unique nature of our marketplace and the products we offer including new, pre-loved, vintage, and one-of-a-kind items all sales are considered final.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any items purchased through Island Wardrobe.

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and seller information carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about an item, we encourage you to contact us before making your purchase.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Items that do not meet subjective expectations
  • Delayed delivery caused by circumstances outside our control

Exceptions

While all sales are final, we will investigate claims if:

  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order arrives with significant damage caused during shipping.
  • The item received is materially different from the description or photographs provided by the seller.

If you believe one of these situations applies, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@island-wardrobe.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will review the claim with the seller and determine an appropriate resolution. Resolutions may include a replacement (where available), store credit, or another suitable remedy at Island Wardrobe's discretion.

Non-Eligible Claims

The following will not qualify for refunds or returns:

  • Normal signs of wear on pre-loved or vintage items that were disclosed or visible in the listing.
  • Minor variations in colour due to screen settings or photography.
  • Fit or sizing issues where measurements were provided.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
